Many of the plants we’ll cover on this walk have been used for centuries in traditional healing and ceremonial ways. These incredible plants are often found just under our noses.

As this walk is an introduction to these plants, it will not give you the skills to process them. If you would like to know more about this we can point you in the direction of trusted herbalists and teachers.
