Our Food Philosophy
Food is the bridge between human and planetary health; a healthy planet, yields quality, nutrient dense foods that heal our gut and therefore heal our body.
Our co-founder, Seth Tabatznik designed our 'Soil to Gut' food philosophy as a blueprint for how we can grow, forage and eat food in a way that preserves the wellbeing of the planet and at the same time nourishes our body. At 42 Acres we are working towards a self-sufficient regenerative food system, locally sourced foods and medicinal foraged ingredients. We are pioneering a journey of living and growing in harmony with all life, where nothing is wasted and where everything is guided by nature
What we can offer
We understand that catering for a large group can sometimes be tricky, so we offer options that support your work, your nutritional requirements and your guests' needs.

Please note: Food is prepared in an open kitchen that uses all main allergen containing ingredients including nuts. Therefore we can't cater for serious allergy sufferers. Please contact us to discuss any dietary requirements.
