About this event

Rest and Restore a relaxing class which involves surrendering, slowing down and exploring the mind and body. This class will include some gentle movements and we will use lots of props as we move through restorative and yin postures. Rest and Restore is a deeply nourishing and comforting practice that will support you to completely let go.

This session is suitable for all abilities and can be tailored to your group. You will leave with tools and guidance to use both on and off the mat.

The experience is exclusive and complimentary to guests staying with us on a Self-Guided Retreat Package. There is no need to book. Amber will meet you in the group room at the Hermitage. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to prevent a delayed start time.

About the hosts

Amber O'Connor

Amber facilitates Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa flow Yoga. Amber has spent time studying yoga and deepening her practice in Rishikesh in India. She has spent time in different locations across the world teaching yoga and running studios and retreats. Over the years her practice has slowed down as she's come to understand that in this fast-paced word, radical rest is very needed. She has trained in both Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa yoga and is passionate about sharing her knowledge. Her classes will range from restorative, relaxing, energetic & dynamic whilst keeping it fun and light. ‍
