The main living space is triple aspect and sociably open-plan. features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table seating 6, and 2 sofas (one of which is also a double sofa bed). Plus, shower-over bathroom and toilet.

The first bedroom is a double with ensuite shower room. It is private, being accessed only via French doors from the courtyard.

The second bedroom can be set up either as a king or a twin and features an ensuite shower-over-bath and adjoining doors to bedroom 3.

The third bedroom is the largest – a king/twin with access both from the courtyard and via pocket doors from the living space.

Each bedroom opens onto an outdoor patio and lawns.

The cottage sits on 173 acres of wild spaces, including ancient woodland, rewilded meadows, edible hedges, a lake suitable for wild swimming & an abundance of wildlife. You are welcome to explore.

Essentials are provided (eco-friendly toiletries, towels, toilet paper, bed sheets, hairdryer).

We welcome one well-behaved dog at Deer Cottage at no extra cost. Please ask for our pet policy in advance so that we can accommodate.
