Throughout the weekend, we invite you to explore a range of yoga styles suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yogis as well as encouraging you to take time to rest & relax.

Polly’s obsession of all things yoga lead her to complete her RYT200 training with the School of Sacred Arts in Bali and to teach what she loves. She strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and her classes are fun and challenging in a way that encourages mindfulness and kindness. She believes that time on the mat reflects life off it and that practicing yoga gives you the opportunity to gain invaluable insight into your inner happiness and build a strong and loving relationship with your true self.
