This yoga retreat is led by Margherita Dal Pra, the founder of YogaM.

Margherita is a senior yoga and meditation teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. Her classes are a synthesis of Anusara bio-mechanical principles of alignment, along with heart-centered themes and the lineage and depth of knowledge of Tantric Hatha energetics in the Para Yoga® style, Along with life enhancing philosophy and Ayurvedic lifestyle  This yoga retreat is open to all ages and levels of experience. Every session will have attention to detail (alignment), awareness of breath (pranayama), openness to grace (attitude) and intelligent sequencing (vinyasa krama). The morning yoga classes will be more upbeat and energizing, and the afternoon classes more relaxed and creative. There will be some exploration of creative authentic movement movements and rituals as well as gong bathand many more surprises!

This yoga retreat is led by Margherita Dal Pra, the founder of YogaM and Nurturevolve Health Coaching.  Margherita has been teaching yoga since 2003. Her classes are a synthesis of creative movement and energetics of sequencing, focusing on alignment and prana along with heart centred themes.As well as the physical side of asana, she is passionate about yogic philosophy, ayurvedic lifestyle and functional medicine.
