Inspiring autumn yoga retreat
A wonderful opportunity to revitalise in nature and enjoy reconnecting with yourself and others.
The first class will be on Friday evening, followed by a delicious dinner. Lara will then lead you through two classes on the Saturday in the light, warm and airy yurt yoga space. A long morning class to align to body and breath followed by breakfast.
During the day there will be plenty of time for walks, massage treatments or curling up with a good book. There will be a delicious healthy lunch and the group will meet again for a late afternoon practice to delve deeper into the postures.
Arrival time on the Friday is from 5pm onwards. On Sunday departure is after morning yoga, free time and lunch at 2pm.
