More than a yoga retreat, Blush Love Blooms is a journey through meditation, Qoya, Kundalini yoga, ceremony and ritual. We will indulge all the senses in a feast of pure Blush Love.

Qoya is movement with meaning.
It’s based on the simple idea that through movement we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild, and free.

Free: expanding our capacity to enjoy our bodies through feminine movement

In Qoya there is no beginner, intermediate, or advanced level. There is only one level, and that’s when it feels good, you’re doing it right. Kundalini energy slumbers looped at the base of our spine, womb deep. In sacred connection through movement, breath work, mantra and meditation we call this energy, this human technology and bring it into our lives.
Kundalini yoga relieves our system of many challenges: stress, dis-ease and congestion. It reminds us of who we are and enables us to live fuller lives, allows us to work smarter and changes the channel from Netflix gorge to Blush Love revelry.

Kate Taylor
Kate Taylor has her own unique blend of Practical Magic which she will be sharing at the Blush Love Blooms. Qoya teacher, life coach and NLP Practitioner Kate helps women to connect into and explore their wild colours. With compassion, care, reverie and much sparkle, Kate holds space for you to allow your deepest truth and essence to come forward. Kate will be leading Qoya movement and Practical Magic workshops throughout the weekend.
