Wild Larder Series: Nettle

First up in our Wild Food series - the delicious, humble and nutrient dense Nettle.

Some of us may think of nettle as a weed or even a pest. In this film, Tasha shares that nettle is actually an incredible, nutrient dense wild food – growing abundantly across the British Isles. Find out how nettles arrived in the uk, when to harvest different parts of the plant and how best to enjoy the leaves as a tea.

Thank you to Tasha Stevens-Vallecillo, videographer Jason Taylor and Be The Earth Foundation for creating this film.
