In Vinyasa we will be moving our bodies from one posture to another seamlessly using our breath. No two classes will be the same. These classes will be a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
Expect to leave feeling uplifted and inspired.
This session is suitable for all abilities and can be tailored to your group. You will leave with tools and guidance to use both on and off the mat.
The experience is exclusive and complimentary to guests staying with us on a Self-Guided Retreat Package. There is no need to book. The teacher will meet you in the group room at the Hermitage. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to prevent a delayed start time.
